The hotel is conveniently located near a natural park and offers excellent spa facilities, making it a perfect place to unwind and relax. I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also impressive, with a good range of options to choose from.
Cannot find any fault.

Whist satisfied with most aspects of the Hotel, the bed in my room (room 131) was dangerous, it had a wooden surround and a peice of plastic that stuck up in the air which I wasn't able to move out of the way.

We liked the wellness the best; nice welcoming, good and professional treatment and advice; friendly and correct. Small group but that made us feel comfortable in this -for us first- experience. The wellness gave us the feeling of a bit of luxury, where the hotel itself could not give that impression.
Simple rooms; no heating on at arrival; no cosy restaurant room; the restaurant gave only a very limited menu; the service was too fast and strict ('eat and go'); the quality of the food was just ok; nothing more.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled between a great restaurant and a charming brasserie. The staff provided impeccable service, ensuring our every need was met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the comfortable sitting area and the private terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Pool and kids out door equipment. helpfull freindly staff.
The hotel was advertised as a family hotel. I would yes for children over the age of 7. The restaurant needs to open earlier of young families, Ie around 1800hrs, the service was good but clearly understaffed and the wait between courses for children was far too long. While waiting for the restaurant to open I had to go looking for a bar person to get a drink in the end the receptionist had to come and serve me.

I stayed in between the 'Restaurant' and 'Brasserie' and the area was nice. the room was somewhat dated and in need of some refreshing, but the bathroom was clean and appeared to be renovated recently. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful. the surrounding nature was lovely, and I enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. the hotel had a nice pool and spa, and the minigolf was great fun for the family.
The bike rentals were quite expensive and the bikes were poorly maintained.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant.
The location was a bit out of the way for what we needed.

Some staff were very helpful. Good breakfasts
Generally an impersonal atmosphere - probably our fault for choosing a hotel more suited to businessmen.

We appreciated the indoor pool and the possibility of having interconnecting rooms for a family. the location was also very convenient as there were lots of areas to explore nearby. the breakfast was quite delicious.
we experienced a lot of noise during the night coming from the kitchen, making it hard for us to sleep.
